Deleting your account or data
You can delete your account yourself: sign in, open your Account page and press "Delete my account". We will email you a link to confirm, and your profile, saved routes, Pro entitlements and conversion history are then permanently deleted.
If you cannot sign in, use the form below with the subject "Account Deletion" and the email address on your account, and we will process your request within 30 days.
